Expect the delivery of your items within 2-5 working days (Monday-Saturday) after you receive the confirmation receipt for your payment. Please expect an email from us a day before the delivery date. The items will be delivered anytime within that day. If for any reason, you won’t be able to receive the items on the set delivery schedule, please email us as soon as possible. An additional delivery fee will be shouldered by the customer in cases of failed delivery due to unavailability of a recipient.
You may email us if you have a specific date in mind for your items to be delivered, however, these requests will still be dependent on the kind of plant or pot you will be buying, the availability of the riders, the delivery address, and the quantity of order deliveries on that day. An email will be sent to you if your request would be possible.
